Dear Bro / Comp Graham,
As part of a comprehensive review of our procedures, I have decided that the profile of the highly cherished and prestigious West Kent Invicta Award should be enhanced still further. In addition to the presentation of the citation and lapel pin, every holder of the Invicta Award will now receive a commensurate Provincial preferment.
Accordingly, I am delighted to advise you that any recipient of the Invicta Award, who is not already a Grand Officer, will receive a promotion to the rank of Past Provincial Senior Grand Warden.**
I trust that the changes to the profile of the Invicta Award meet with your approval and join with me in congratulating the ten holders of the Invicta Award who I have had the privilege of promoting this week.
Kindest regards.
Yours Sincerely and fraternally,
Provincial Grand Master – Grand Superintendent
** In order to comply with Rule 73, Book of Constitutions, should the recipient of the Invicta Award not be a Master or Past Master of a Lodge, he will be appointed to the rank of Past Provincial Grand Registrar and promoted thereafter to Past Provincial Senior Grand Warden once he has completed his year as Master.
