“A huge thank you to David and Martin from the Essex Freemasons and Stephen from the West Kent Freemasons who met with us at Darent Valley Hospital (DVH) yesterday.
The fantastic Essex Freemasons came bearing gifts and donated 150 large and 300 small colouring books to our Patient Experience team for use primarily on our Paediatric and Dementia/Alzheimer wards. These books will help our patients offset waiting times and will help with distraction.
The books were presented to Amanda, one of our Patient Experience Liaison Officers, and VHC’s own Mark who thanked the Masons for their wonderful kindness and generosity.
