The charity Spadework has a serious financial shortfall as income and fundraising has ceased. Since the outbreak of Covid-19, Spadework has been supplying over 100 free food parcels, veg boxes and fruit baskets every day to vulnerable adults living in the community. Money is needed to continue this work and to carry out the usual services provided by Spadework to care, support and give meaningful opportunities to adults with learning and other disabilities.

I am pleased to inform you the West Kent Emergency Fund board, working with the Masonic Charitable Foundation, has donated £2,000 to enable ‘Spadework’ to continue providing these vital services..

Making a difference throughout West Kent.
