Mentoring

FREEMASONRY

Mentoring in Freemasonry is not a new idea – it has been established for many years and in the Province of West Kent most lodges have appointed a Lodge Mentor.

Mentoring schemes put personal Masonic development at the heart of Freemasonry, promoting the lifelong development of every Freemason by providing informed, accessible support materials whilst recommending the most effective personal Mentoring arrangements

By supporting a brother and creating a real sense of belonging, that brother should have a happy and enjoyable experience in Freemasonry and an active brother who is enjoying his masonry is likely to introduce new members.
