Directors of Ceremonies – What do they do?

As part of the Raising the Standard initiative there will be a DC’s Seminar to be held at the Dartford Masonic Centre on Tuesday 6th June 2017, at 7pm for a 7.30pm start.

The seminar is for both Royal Arch and Craft DCs, ADCs or any Mason who aspires to the office as well as members with an interest, now or in the future. It will provide an insight into the qualities required for the office of DC as well as the responsibilities that go with it.

The aim of the seminar is to provide support to ensure that those who are DCs and ADCs feel confident in what they do and how it is done no matter what the situation. The objective is not to tell you how to be a DC but to explain what is expected by your Chapter/Lodge members and the Province.

This will be an interactive seminar where it is expected that questions will be asked by those attending and responses will be given by the presenters as well as attendees. It will be presented by the Royal Arch ProvGDC Chris Ashby and the Craft ProvGDC Chris Clark and is intended to be an informative but relaxed session for all with an interest whatever their experience.

This is a free seminar and attendance is encouraged from all with an interest in this area. All are most welcome. Do register your intention to attend as soon as possible.

Please contact Harry Maton at or telephone 020 8406 4623 to register your attendance.
