Celebration Service at Canterbury Cathedral on Saturday 18 February 2017
As you are aware, the Church Service to celebrate the Tercentenary of the formation of English Freemasonry is to take place at Canterbury Cathedral on Saturday 18 February 2017 at 11.00am. The Service has been prepared in conjunction with the Dean of Canterbury Cathedral, the Very Reverend Dr Robert Willis, who has kindly agreed to deliver the Sermon on this occasion. We shall be joined by several of the High Rulers in the Craft and the Holy Royal Arch Chapter together with Brethren from the Provinces of East Kent, West Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
The Service will be approximately one hour in duration and regrettably on this occasion there will be no parking in the Cathedral Precincts. The Dress code will be lounge suits.
For security reasons, admittance to the Cathedral for this Service will be by numbered ticket only and all those attending must be seated by 10.40am at the latest.
